RunCabin ("we", "us", "our") is an e-commerce store provisioning service operated by Ryan Mergen, based in Baltimore, MD. We can be reached at hello@runcabin.com.

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Information about the type of store you want to build
  • Any additional notes you provide voluntarily

We do not collect payment information during waitlist signup. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe when you become a customer.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Contact you when we are ready to build your store
  • Send you a single confirmation email when you join the waitlist
  • Understand demand and prioritize onboarding

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive a confirmation email and a follow-up email when we are ready to onboard you. We will not send newsletters, promotional blasts, or spam. You can opt out at any time by emailing hello@runcabin.com.

5. Data Storage

Your information is stored securely in a database hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the United States. We retain waitlist data until you request deletion or until your store has been successfully launched.

6. Cookies

The RunCabin website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioral tracking tools on this site.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data at any time

8. Changes to This Policy
