MCP server · Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf
RunCabin is an MCP server for publishing websites from an AI assistant. Add https://runcabin.com/mcp as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code or Windsurf, sign in once, and ask your assistant to put a site online. It goes live at your-name.sites.runcabin.com with HTTPS, free. Your own domain is $4.99 a month (or $47.99 a year) plus the domain's price, through a checkout you approve yourself.

Open Customize → Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste https://runcabin.com/mcp. Sign in with Google or email when it asks.
Run claude mcp add --transport http runcabin https://runcabin.com/mcp, then sign in when Claude Code opens your browser.
Add "runcabin": { "url": "https://runcabin.com/mcp" } to your MCP settings (VS Code also takes "type": "http"). The setup page has one-click install buttons for Cursor and VS Code.
In Settings, find where apps or connectors are added (turn on Developer mode under Advanced settings if it asks), create a custom MCP server with the URL https://runcabin.com/mcp and choose OAuth. Custom connectors are not on every ChatGPT plan.
Say “put this online”. You don't need to name RunCabin or a tool. Your assistant hands you a live address a few seconds later.
The tools your assistant gets. It picks them on its own; you just say what you want.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
cabin_publish | Creates a site and puts its files online in one call, at a free HTTPS address. |
cabin_edit_site | Changes a live site in place: new hours, a new price, a new page, without sending every file again. |
cabin_deploy_preview, cabin_promote | Puts a change up at a preview address first, then makes it live when you say so. |
cabin_rollback | Brings the last version back. |
cabin_check_domain, cabin_attach_domain | Checks a domain's availability and price for free, then hands you a checkout link for it. |
cabin_create_form | Adds a contact form that emails you and keeps every message. |
cabin_setup_email_forwarding | Forwards hello@your-domain to the inbox you already use. |
cabin_request_photos | Gives you a link to send photos from your phone, so they can go on the site. |
Netlify, Vercel and Cloudflare offer MCP servers for their own platforms, made for developers who already deploy there. RunCabin is made for the person who just wants the site online: sign in from the chat, no repository or build settings, and the domain is bought in the same conversation. Building your own agent? There's a REST API too: website hosting for AI agents.

https://runcabin.com/mcp. It's a remote MCP server over HTTP, and you sign in with OAuth in your browser (Google or email), so there's no API key to paste. It's listed on the official MCP Registry as com.runcabin/cabin.
Yes, on a RunCabin address. Creating a site, publishing it and keeping it online at your-name.sites.runcabin.com costs nothing, with HTTPS, and there's no time limit. You only pay for your own domain: $4.99 a month (or $47.99 a year) for hosting plus the domain's price, both shown before you pay.
No. Your assistant can check a domain's price for free, but anything paid comes to you as a checkout link on RunCabin's own page. You review the order and pay yourself. The assistant never sees a card.
Static sites: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other text files, up to 200 files and 10 MB per publish, with images added from a link or sent from your phone. Single-page apps work. Server code, PHP, build steps that run on the server and databases are not part of this plan.
Claude on the web and Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT (as a custom MCP server, on plans that allow it), Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and any other app that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth.
Yes. The same tools are on a REST API at https://runcabin.com/v1, and an agent can sign in with a device login or an API key. Agents that just need a page online can also POST it to https://runcabin.com/v1/instant with no account; that site is temporary for 7 days unless the person claims it.
You do. RunCabin registers it for you so the setup is automatic, and if you cancel we release it to you with the transfer code.
The server address is https://runcabin.com/mcp. Sign-in happens in your browser; there's no key to paste.

RunCabin is an independent service. It is not made or endorsed by Anthropic or OpenAI; Claude and ChatGPT connect to it the way they connect to any custom MCP server.
